Sometimes I get a bee in my bonnet, and I have to execute some of the not so practical ideas I have. This time I decided to make it a little more challenging, by making a Summer entertaining round tray, out of an existing very inexpensive product. I went to the 99 cent only store and perused the aisles. I found a round pizza cooking tray, this great gridded blue poster board and some graph paper. After spray painting the tray, I painted one of my favorite bloom shapes in the centre, using Windsor and Newton acrylic paint - here is how it turned out.
