Ok friends, here are some more simple, graphic patterns and shapes to help ease some tension or at least distract you from that sense of doom you get every 15 minutes. Download, color, enjoy and please share so I can stalk your stress relief results xx

Just a note: my printer can be incredibly rude, and only print half a page sometimes. That happened multiple times today. In the end the frustration is helping me illustrate a point - I was mad, and didn’t feel like coloring inside the lines. So, I watered down my paint and painted over them. The printer ink ran and the paper curled, but you know what - it’s about the process. I felt better being rebellious. Side note to the note: this also illustrates a larger point. If you don’t have coloring pens, you may use crayons, chalk, pastels, poster paint, tempera paint, paint paint, heck turmeric, soil and beetroots. Don’t let materials rule. We don’t have a large amount of control currently, so go with it where you can xx
